01Who we are
Manwaj Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a technology company registered in Pakistan, at House No. 42/A, Survey # 331, Saleem Housing Society, Malir Halt, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
In these terms “we” and “Manwaj” mean Manwaj Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, and “you” means anyone using this website or the products we operate. You can reach us at support@manwajsolutions.com or on 0371 2339498, Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT).
02What these terms cover
They cover two things, and are explicit about a third they do not:
Browsing manwajsolutions.com and contacting us through it.
The mobility platform we build and operate, and the bookings and payments customers make in it. This is the part that matters if you are a Drivio user — you accept these terms by using the app.
Software we build for another organisation is governed by the written agreement signed for that engagement — scope, price, ownership, liability and termination all live there. A web page does not override a contract, and this one does not try to.
03What we do
Manwaj designs, engineers and operates digital products — mobile and web applications, cloud backends, APIs and business automation. We do that for other organisations under contract, and we do it for ourselves.
Drivio is our own product and the one consumers transact with. It is a technology platform that connects passengers and senders in Karachi with independent, document-verified drivers and vehicle owners. We do not own a fleet and we do not employ drivers. The platform handles discovery, pricing, booking, dispatch, live tracking, in-app communication, settlement and support. The services offered through it are rides, pool seats, hourly vehicle rental, Pickup & Drop and parcel delivery — each a separate product with its own rules and its own pricing.
04Your Drivio account
You must be 18 or over. An account is created with a Pakistani mobile number and a one-time code sent to it; that verified number is your identity on the platform, so keep control of it. Do not use someone else’s number or let anyone else use your account.
Give accurate pickup, destination and contact details — a driver is matched on what you entered. Treat drivers with courtesy: harassment, threats, discrimination, carrying unlawful goods, or interfering with the payment, wallet or verification systems will end an account, and unlawful conduct is reported to the authorities.
We may suspend or close an account for breach, fraud, a safety risk or a legal requirement. You can stop using Drivio and ask for your account to be deleted at any time — the process is in our Privacy Policy.
05Prices and how you pay
Every price is shown before you book. A ride fare is calculated from published rates — a base fare plus a per-kilometre and a per-minute rate for the vehicle class — and the figure is on screen before there is a button to book. There is no surge multiplier and no fee added at checkout that was not shown to you first.
You can pay in cash directly to the driver on a standard ride, or from your Drivio wallet. The wallet is a prepaid balance you load yourself through Easypaisa, JazzCash or a bank transfer, for an amount you enter and confirm. We store no card details and set up no automatic debits — we never take money from an account on our own initiative.
Money held against a booking sits with us and reaches the driver only once the booking genuinely completes. How much is held depends on the service: a standard ride holds nothing, a rental holds half the fare, a pool seat holds the full seat price. Our fee is a per-trip platform charge and a commission taken out of the completed booking; there is no subscription and no charge for holding an account.
The end-to-end customer journey walks through all of this stage by stage, with the actual screens.
06Cancellations and refunds
Cancelling before a driver is assigned costs nothing. After that a cancellation fee applies, the amount is shown to you before you confirm, and the identical fee applies to a driver who cancels on you. Refunds are credited to your Drivio wallet and can be withdrawn to Easypaisa, JazzCash or a bank account.
The full detail — what is refundable, how long a withdrawal takes, and how to raise a dispute — is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
07What we are responsible for, and what we are not
We are an intermediary, not a transport provider. Drivio puts customers in touch with independent drivers and vehicle owners. We do not own the vehicles, do not employ or supervise any driver, and are not a party to the transport, rental or delivery contract formed between you and them. Nothing here creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship between Manwaj and any driver.
Verification is a screening measure, not a guarantee. Before a driver is activated we collect and a person reviews their CNIC, driving licence, vehicle registration, photograph and a police character certificate. Those checks confirm the documents presented to us at that time. They are not a warranty of anyone’s future conduct, and we have none of the powers of a licensing or law-enforcement authority.
Drivio is not an emergency service. In an emergency contact the authorities first and directly — in Pakistan 15 (Police), 1122 (Rescue), 1091 (Women’s helpline) — and then tell us, so we can preserve the records and act on the account.
The website and the app are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees we earned from your bookings in that period or Rs 10,000. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under Pakistani law.
08Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. For a material change affecting Drivio customers we will give at least 7 days’ notice in the app. The effective date at the top of this page always tells you which version you are reading.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Please write to us first — most things are settled that way, and we aim to answer within 3 working days. Where a dispute is not resolved, the courts at Karachi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have to approach a consumer forum.
Something here unclear? Ask.
If a clause does not read plainly to you, that is our problem to fix, not yours to decode. Write to us and a person will answer.
